I've heard that's a folk belief in Russia? That some cats can tell when people have headaches, and will lay down on you and try to get rid of it in their mysterious cat ways.

I'm happy for you. Not all cats can do it, but I've met a few that are good with headaches, and yeah. Makes such a difference.

I don't know. My cat just seems to know when I'm not doing well and will climb up on me to comfort me. And it makes all the difference.
