Her mom was the director of Marvel's latest secret agency of incompetence, Sword, but died of cancer. Monica felt she should have got the job automatically (because primogeniture is totally how government agencies work) but she got Thanosed, and when she came back someone else had the job. Monica spent most of Wandavision being upset she wasn't handed the guy's job as soon as she was undusted. That just screams of nepo-baby entitlement.

Thanks for the background! I didn't watch WandaVision. Bit honestly, it screams a little bit nepotism but a little bit rightful anger at a traumatic event and losing out on a life you worked to get and lost put on due to nothing you could control. I'd be angry too.
