I mean, it's okay to be annoyed by how often he calls himself fat, if he does so in a derogatory manner and what you don't like is his expression of internalised fatphobia.

But (if I understand you correctly), being annoyed about it because you want to say he's sexy in public without being known as someone who is attracted to a fat person is a bit of a jerk move. Which you seem to get.

You might feel better if you work on just saying who you think is sexy, no matter their size.
