Live with my sister and her family and we've tried trucking along with the old HVAC system in the house but it's falling apart. My sister and her husband are trying to get a refinance on their home loan to get it all replaced.

We have a lot of other things in dire need of repair/replacing too. One expensive need at a time, unfortunately.
