Sorry to hear about your period struggles. I can't use tampons or reusable cups like the Divacup (it's never felt comfortable the 2 times I tried giving tampons a try). I have to line my panties with 2 extra long overnight pads and I still have to deal with leakage and stains. My periods haven't been heavy recently, only on Days 1-2.

I've never tried the reusable cup types because they don't sound comfortable and I'm skeptical they'd work for heavy flow without frequent, messy clean up. My sympathies re: the two extra long overnight pads, nonny. It's the absolute pits.
