Nah; I think BV has a slight reputation for just making shit up. (Basically, it's 'about' them, but that doesn't mean it's true. I think dude caught wind of the J2 fandom and decided to drive some traffic in from it.)

I'm pretty sure OP is saying they think the blind vice is intentionally false - they think Ted is trying to make people think J2 when they read the blind items, even though the gossip is totally unsubstantiated and/or he made it up and/or it's actually about other people, but he wants to lead the J2 fans along.

TBH, I am somewhat inclined to agree.

... Gen is not the leading lady of SPN, sry. And of course he won't rule them out until the tinhats stop giving him the hits + attention he desperately wants. I'm pretty sure the BV wasn't about J2 to begin with but now Ted makes it look like it is to keep the fangirls interested. TBH, I'd be surprised if he even knew Jared & Jensen's names before the tinhats started asking him about them.
By the way, Ted also said JJJ is a pap whore. Are we still talking about the same Jared?

Quick tutorial: (I am not going to re-look this sh*t up to double check that I'm remembering everything perfectly) Blind Vice is a Hollywood gossip web site where the author dishes some pretty tasty dirt, but he gives all of the celebs involved nicknames rather than revealing real names. The tidbit in question talks about an actor(Jared?) who was ready to (quietly) marry his boyfriend(Jensen?), but pussed-out because people told him it would be bad for his career, and instead started "dating" a female co-star BUT is still trying to get into the pants of his jilted love. So, pretty heady stuff!
