You have to ignore them. Some people state their opinion rather strongly and sometimes in offensive ways I guess.
I'f just say that I didn't like her and probably not to her face (or what could be her face) if that was the case.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that because whatever she wanted to have happen in the 7th book didn't happen so now JKR sucks. That's pretty much the way it's gone in the HP fandom.
