Did they offer you an allergy test? They draw a grid on your arm and give you a little scratch of various substances in different squares to see what you react to. You can also keep an allergy journal (what you eat, where you go, what you do, when you have reactions) to narrow it down from "anything" to "here are some suspects to try".

NOPE
It's expensive and our tax paid doctors would do anything not to refer you to a specialist. (and I have no money for paid tests). (universal Healthcare ft fucking w)

Journal is a good idea I will try it. It's just for example right now I feel a bit itchy after eating berries. But I am reeeeeallly not sure if I am actually itchy or if it's my brain being afraid of berries because I've grown up fearing berries. Fun time thanks brain
