She expressed sexual attraction specifically to men ala that one scene with Eddie too. Sure, she could still be argued to be asexual, everyone is free to their headcanons. But it’s unlikely given various other circumstances surrounding this particular character from this particular movie.

I think it's just as fallacious to say it's canon that she's not asexual and fucks as it is to say it's canon that she's asexual. Subtext allows both readings. The writer probably not knowing the meaning of asexual as a concept because of the time it was made doesn't matter; The Author is Dead.
