Makes me think of Dungeon Siege 3. When you play as a character, they’ll always have dialogue that sounds in-character for any action you choose. But when you partner with that same character, they’ll want specific things and argue about what to do. The PC I chose was fascinating, but I wished I knew what she wanted, not just what I wanted.

Little boy who can’t speak due to trauma, skeleton whose wishes are continually overridden because he doesn’t have vocal chords, surgically made mute and made to look identical to the villain before being dumped on the streets, intentionally crafted with “no voice to cry suffering” . . .

That's fair OP. I won't play as any of them mostly because I'm not interested in playing a pre-set character in these kinds of games, I want to make up my own character and have them interact in the world with the origin characters. I just personally find that more fun.

I would join you in judging, OP. That's a distinctive enough trait that I think I might have trouble recognizing that's who they're drawing without other glaring context clues.

First or second person. Blatant OOC. Cutesy nicknames that the characters would never use. Really long author notes about things that have nothing to do with the fic in question.

One of the things I appreciate is how I can have more one on one talks with my dad sometimes with both of us being adults . It's nice . We leave about each other .:3
