Really recommend a netipod for managing symptoms of sinus headaches. Had a really bad one in my teeth a few weeks ago and it did wonders.

Also, antibiotics if you'd had it for a while!

Is the netipot easy for you to use?
A long time ago I used the netipot but I hated how the water doesn't stream out of my nose. Instead it streamed down against my skin, against my chin and it's really messy. I tried tilting my head and stretching my neck in all sorts of ways so that the water would come out and drip into the sink. Instead it'd stream down my chin and neck and get my shirt and the towel I'm using to wipe up the water that is dribbling down my face all wet. It's like I'm better off doing it in the shower. Ugh, I just recall hating how messy it was.
