News about Mitch McConnel gets clicks. We’re all hoping to read that he’s died. I’d be perfectly happy with him just leaving office but he’s made it clear he won’t do that. Elected positions really need to stop being a lifetime career even decades past retirement age.

bb, they're just prepping for the actual insanity that will happen if he dies. like ky republicans are going to have to argue the law they made to restrict the power of the governor isn't against the an explicit provision in the ky constitution in an election year. like....that is going to be nuts so they're just stretching rn.
