Screaming into the void

Log into my e-mail this morning to find out I was supposed to complete a kickstarter survey in order to receive the fucking physical copy of a game I paid for years ago, ten days ago. Yay for being busy.

BuT uR noT 2 BuSy 2 LoG iNtO uR EmAiL SuRelY??? I log in at certain periods of time and got the shit luck of the login dates being between the first e-mail and the deadline.

The void screams back.

That sucks. I don't always check all my emails regularly either. Any way you can contact them about it? Sometimes the smaller kickstarters can be flexible, sometimes not but might be worth a try.

I contacted them, but I'm not holding my breath. It's a separate company from the kickstarter.
