I know, right? I have friends who like characters I hate, and vice-versa. No one's forced to like what someone else does and I'm not going to base friendships over what characters you like and dislike. We're not always going to agree on everything, but that keeps things interesting.

I got friends who love Kingdom Hearts, I don't. I love FPSs and Star Wars, they don't. It's all cool. We all got stuff we like and can agree on, and if we don't - it's just as good.

Yeah, I have friends who like stuff I can't stand. We might not agree on pairings, characters, et cetera but we're all entitled to like what we do. Hating someone because of that seems so shallow and stupid.

Makes me wonder if they (the secret-maker) wants friends or mindless drones who can't like what they want to like or dislike what they want to dislike without *GASP* fear of retribution.

I figure if someone wants to hate me after getting to know me, that's all fine. But at least have a valid reason to hate me outside the fact that I don't like some character you do.
