5.)I don't think her standards are stupid as you so implied. She has a very valid point. A lot of people don't ever take into consideration characters they that should cosplay because they look more like them because they're too interested in cosplaying what's popular or easy or a character they associate with. This mentality is what sets aside good cosplayers from the rest. It's not just costume play as you put it, it's a way of using both theirselves and the costume to properly portray a character. Sure if you want to look like every other cosplayer who doesn't seem to care then by all means don't set any cosplay standards. But whatever, you let this drop so I suppose now that I've spoken my mind I'll respect that.
