That’s what I was thinking.

Although in OP’s defense, it really seems like the concert goers are mainly teens whose parents gifted them tickets. I know a couple thirty something Swifties IRL and they can’t afford those ticket prices because of all their living expenses. There’s a pretty big gap in American financial security between 45 year olds and 35 year olds :/

They're talking about the movie of the tour, though. It's opening next Friday (the 13th) and it's going to be in theatre for ages. It's also much, much cheaper than the tour. Sucks that they might have to go alone but the movie is at least pretty accessible.

Actual tour tickets, on the other hand, lmao. No.

The first part of the secret is talking about not having anyone to go to the actual concerts with. “I have to suppose that the movie will be the next best thing.”
The older Swifties are majorly outnumbered in person and AYRT is pointing out one of the reasons why.
