I don’t think you’ll be the only 30-something in the theater, OP. Taylor Swift has cross-generational appeal and I’m sure there will be people of all ages at the theater.

I don’t follow Taylor Swift, so I don’t know if her tour’s still ongoing, but I highly recommend going to a concert on your own in the future. I’m usually kinda shy and introverted, but I have an easier time talking to strangers at concerts because we’re all fans and it’s easy to find topics of conversation.

+1, and as a fellow introvert, I find it also fairly easy to get away if you’re talking to someone and you’re not feeling it or suddenly don’t feel like talking anymore. You don’t HAVE to mingle if you don’t want to.
