My friends back in high school used to write slashfic of our teachers, and pretty much anyone who wasn't them thought that it was totally creepy. They were entertaining, though. Not well written, but funny.

You can go ahead and make one if you want. I certainly did. :) I began writing stories about my friends, classmates, and teachers and it's turned into a fantasy story with characters that act nothing like the people they're based off of. It's been a lot of fun and well worth the crack it is.

...holy shit, I just realized that not only have I written fanfic about my highschool, but I gave it to the person I wrote it about.

(For context: The teacher I was a student aide for asked me to write a story about how his class goes from my perspective. It was pretty lulzy, if I remember correctly, and didn't involve shipping. Just the teacher going insane.)

I went to a special education school for mentally ill, academically challenges, and emotionally unstable students. The total group was about 50 including teachers. Everybody had some tragedy in their past. There was constant drama. I sometimes imagine my school as some kinda weird, dramatic anime. I've actually thought of making a novel with a similar situation but different kids and I still may.

school can be a great fandom. I didn't do it in high school, but I did it in junior high which pretty much sucked in every other way. Shipping it and writing fanfiction with my couple of friends made it much more bearable. XD

My high school if filled with ridiculus stereotypes and mary sues. If it was a fandom it would probly be hated/loved as much as twilight because of how ridiculus it is.

Dude... DO IT! I'm fairly certain there are things out there that started out just like that. All the high school TV shows in the 90's (or earlier), and especially Degrassi and it's spin offs/sequels.

Seriously, there are creepier things you could do. And at least you could be trusted to write canon because you actually kinda know the people, so it's not as bad as RPF.
