Secret 8 - School, bishounen characters

The image has a speech bubble where the secret maker placed their text, so it might have been from a manga, or a doujinshi, or a fancomic or something? In front of Axel is the photograph of a man with light skin, short dark hair combed and gelled neatly. He is wearing large eyeglasses, a dark gray suit jacket, a blue shirt and a dark suit.
