The entitlement is wild in this post. No one can guarantee you a good time, they can only encourage you to try. And most people are able to take a less than ideal experience in their stride and view it with the appropriate perspective.

Would you have blamed F!S if they directed you to a fan viewing and you didn't enjoy that? Would you have complained that F!S should have just told you to try a cinema session as it would have been less bother? Sheesh.
