Anime that focus on adults without fanservice

Extra bonus if it is completed. So much anime seems to be mostly about teens. Even serious ones like AoT.

I recently watched The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague and really enjoyed it. It’s a workplace comedy and a little silly, but pretty cute.

If you haven't watched it yet, Vinland Saga is excellent. It isn't complete (the manga is ongoing though seems to be nearing conclusion) but season two ends in a good spot that I think is satisfying as a standalone.

Also not complete but getting there -- the manga is done, and a final season has been greenlit -- but Golden Kamui is wonderful and hilarious. It does have some fanservice but not in the way you'd normally expect (there's an episode where the characters are targeted by assassins at a hot spring, so as you can probably guess a good chunk of the cast is naked for the whole episode. That chunk of the cast does not include the female characters).

If you don't mind anime that's kind of made for kids...

There's the Professor Layton movie (Eternal Diva), though kids may get the focus from time to time.

You could also check out the Layton Mystery Journey anime, which focuses on Layton's kid years later. If you don't mind that she's not much older than a teen.

I will always rec Mononoke. Still one of the best anime around.

If you can ignore the problematic mangaka, the Rurouni Kenshin anime. While there are a few characters who are kids, the focus is on the adult characters and the story is great for the first two major story arcs, especially the Kyoto Arc.
