I get this, and I agree to a certain extent. But also, I'd probably rec porn if someone asked for a straight ship. I personally just like shippy fics that are porny, regardless of the type of ship.

I think there's a diff between "rec me straight ship fics" and "rec me media featuring straight characters" though

Oh I totally agree. If you are just asking for LGBT characters and you only get porn, that's a problem. BUt if you are asking for LGBT ships, then I don't think getting porn is unnecessarily unreasonable.
