Thinking about this one freeware game where one of the characters is a mass-murdering demon. It turns out she thinks if she wipes out humanity, God will have no choice but to pay attention to her again. It seemed like she was supposed to be cool, but to me she just felt like a five-year-old breaking her toys.

I wouldn't mind that kind of character if the game actually portrayed her as a creepy child that you can't use logic at, and the whole creepy horror factor is that you can't argue logic at children and childlike intelligences, but it doesn't sound like that's how it went
