Exactly this. That's why I think this view is a bit unhealthy. Of course media is an escape so it's not always that deep. But wishing to be close to someone and not letting them ever go is really close to smoldering your loved ones

How it relates? There is emotional component to all media and no matter if it's fantasy or sci-fi or drama, people are the same.
There is nothing wrong in some escape and taking comfort in different things including happy ever after, but we see anons asking "what is the point". The point is, that all connections matter and if you think that everyone should be attached at the hip with their friends it means that you go through life with a bit of unhealthy attitude. I am not your therapist so whatever I don't care, I just do not agree with a secret

Agreed. It's not healthy to be so attached to your friends that you can't stand being apart from them. True friends will understand that living your own separate life and pursuing your own dreams is a GOOD thing.
