It's not though. This is like telling a colourblind person to just practise to see colour. If you read something at one glance, it's not really possible to stop your brain from doing it. Granted, maybe it's possible if you're a very slow reader but nah, doesn't work.

It is, and can be done. It is not a physical disability. Maybe if you need to slow down while you learn it, it is inconvenient. But that is not the same as not being physically possible.

And even if you could, there is no way a short spoilery text like "OMG I can't believe (Character) dies in the latest episode!" is something you could just... not see. Unless you don't actually read any tweet on your page just in case in which case you might just as well stop using any and all social media.
