Well, no one should be forced to have sex with anyone else, or to be the victim of sexual violence. But someone believing that the label you've attributed to yourself is bullshit is not discrimination, and that article not only notes that there is no evidence of institutionalized discrimination against asexuals, but also that asexuality can be considered institutionally desirable compared to sexuality.

Just because you're convinced they're straight for some reason doesn't make it so. I know straight people, and a truly straight person, even an ally, wouldn't dare call themselves queer. At "worst," you're talking about people who are sincerely questioning their identity and will conclude they're straight once they figure it out, but not liars who know full well they're straight but are calling themselves queer for a laugh.
