I'm replying to this anon without actually replying to this anon, because this anon is clearly just entirely hopeless in their gate-keepy ways, so this reply is for anybody who labels themselves asexual who might be feeling invalidated by the utter trash-fire of opinions that this anon is spouting:

If you feel that the ace label fits you, use it.

If you think you are ace but realize at a later point your feelings on the matter gain more clarity and change, then feel free to use another label

The labels we use aren't an immutable law of the universe, we make them up so we can better explain our own feelings and find a community were we feel we can be better understood, but sexuality is hardly ever set in stone in utter black and white; it is a spectrum, and it's wholly normal if you feel like you can't find your precise spot in said spectrum.
