I often multitask, but I can't read while I watch something, I lose track of one or the other (so something that has a lot of subtitles doesn't really work that well for me). I usually play a game that doesn't require intense concentration while watching. But I have listened to music from a band while I'm reading RPF of that band, which sometimes enhances the experience.
