Invincible is one style of animation. There are hundreds of styles. Some are kinda eh, a handful are ugly, a handful are really pretty, but the majority are What Fits the Show. And I would absolutely argue against OP that Invincble's art/animation style is so glorious it belongs in every show everywhere across the board. Because holy shit no.

Rick & Morty's style fits the show. It's not pretty and that's fine.

I agree with this, Rick and Morty's style fits the gross-out episodic comedy of the show. I'm not the biggest fan of Steven Universe's art style, but I feel it matches the story, music and tone really well and works for the show. I could say that about a lot of shows including ones where the art style does personally appeal to me.
