This lol. I will buy a DVD if I want to keep something and it's available, and I will pay for streaming services for shows and stuff that I just enjoy having around, but if you don't make it available for me at all, or you take it off a service, whoomp there it is. I'm taking money from anyone if it's not anywhere for me to legally watch it.

I feel this way about the Sailor Moon Eternal movies. I really enjoyed them, but the only way I can own them is to import the Japanese release, which obviously doesn’t have the dub or subtitles. Damn Netflix.

The fact that anything can be taken down off of streaming and potentially lost forever really frustrates me to no end.
Even though pirating is an option, I remember someone pointing out medias that don't get attention - like movies/shows with next to no advertising that get taken down a month later - and never get a chance to be found and could get straight up lost. Its sucks so much.

Bootleg DVDs/Blu-rays are becoming more of a thing because of this.
