Her ghost also looked pretty pissed off to me (I mean they all did but still) in that scene where they're all sitting around the conference table. Doesn't suggest someone who was ok with her fate at all.

Narratively I love that the show went there and emphasised that the pact was ALL the bloodline by also killing off the one completely innocent Usher, but I won't lie...I hated Verna for doing it even though it meant she was being consistent with her own rules. At least it was peaceful but no, I don't think Lenore had a single clue wtf was happening.
