Given how many people dye their hair IRL, it doesn't bug me unless it's a historical/fantasy setting where hair dye doesn't exist.

That said, I would like to see more gray hair on characters who are middle-aged or younger.

It bugs me that reading glasses are the acceptable symbol of aging, but they will be put on characters who are still really too young to need them (except that one time with Captain Kirk).
