I've always liked Accidental Baby Acquistion.

For Stranger Things, I kind of like the 'no beta we die like characters with names that begin with B' or anything like that that makes fun of the many, many characters that have been killed off, especially ones the audience really liked.

I was reading some Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves fic and came across this one: 'the mortifying ordeal of crushing on the most irritating person you know', and thought it was pretty damn funny.

Anything of the 'un-fucking canon' variety, if I agree that the canon has been fucked.
