A book of cat stories, mostly. I bought 3 of them with Christmas money specifically to read while taking baths.

I've been too tired and reading too much for work to read much else. I did start a LOTR reread, but I haven't picked it up in a week.

Nonfiction or fictional cat stories?

Nonfiction. True stories of people and their cats. Just something to help me relax.

Have you read any of them to your cat?

No. I read them in the tub, and she avoids the bathroom if I'm taking a bath.

I've just finished a re-read of the LoTR appendices. They're so absorbing. The cat stories sound good too, as long as they're not sad. Animal stories so often are.

The books I have give warnings for sad ones, so I skip those.
