Yeah. It's not nice. Or healthy. And it feels so good!

There are very few brutal, violent, and vengeful songs out there and this one rules.

Singing this in 2007, angry and not knowing exactly why, and having a way to bond with my fellow ladies around the fire pit is such a foundational memory.

God, it lead to such a love of a *very* particular kind of country song: Gun Powder and Lead, Mama's Broken Heart, Girl in a Country Song. Just anger and a catchy tune. There are a few folk/punk songs that fit the mold too like The Weight or Hell's Coming With Me but most of these are men's voices and are therefor less gleeful to me.

I respect your dislike of this song, and I hope that you can respect my love for it.
