Does it gross people out? I'm just asking since I don't seek out mpreg as it doesn't interest me, so I have no idea how the pregnancies typically end. Could it be related to that?

Ayrt, It's pretty divisive amongst some fic writers. Like for example they will write a/b/o fic but will have male omegas be sterile because they don't like mpreg. Which seems so particular when they also will write the raunchiest heat/rut sex with dog knots lol.

Mpreg usually have pregnancy through C-section. So if anything, the actual birth part is really minor all things considered.
