Re: Asking for a raise

Me (well last year)! I wanted a raise and to WFH. I went to my boss with some job offers I had. Told him to meet it or I would move on to those jobs. It took some back and forth but I got a large raise and hybrid work schedule where I can WFH when I want to.

Congrats! Glad that worked out for you!

My thing is... I don't really want to leave. I like what I'm doing, just starting to feel undervalued $$$-wise. If I ask and get shot down, I'll consider my options, but I worry that if I stay I'd lose all respect and credibility =/

Yeah, your best bet is to have another job offer. Because if you ask, and they say no...not really anything you can go from there.
