Man, see, for me the videos are a million times better because half the time I have trouble visualizing things, but the moment you actually SHOW it to me, it makes sense.

Like, if I read a text guide for a fight in FFXIV, it really doesn't help me understand the mechanics at all. But a video where I actually see them in action? It will all click right away.

Yeah and that works for some folks! Fight explanation videos are definitely a bonus. In our static, we had a mixture of folks who needed text guides and those who needed visual ones. I was more the latter for sure since I need to know what the move does in order to mitigate or work my cooldowns around it.

I mostly was leaning towards inquiries where there's a bug with phasing (happens a lot in World of Warcraft for example) or if you're missing a pre-req quest for something in Final Fantasy XIV, for a more familiar example. Those are simple things that would be resolved reading an answer somewhere, but the thing is to make monetized videos to answer very basic questions. The least they could do is answer the question in the video summary or something!
