Maybe you don't actually like fantasy all that much.

I'm curious how many fantasy series you've actually tried. I mean if you don't like a genre that's fine, but saying "there are no good X" is different than saying "I don't like X."

I don't like LotR but I'm not going to say it's not a good fantasy series. It's just not for me.

One of my fun hobbies is to go hunt down old second hand bookstores and hunt for books. I have a whole list of ones I'm keeping an eye out for, but I also just like to browse and see what treasures there might be. I think I'm going to add these to my list. Thanks OP!
