BTW what happened to the "not talking about L/P" rule?
I was curious, so I just checked (http://community.livejournal.com/sheldon_penny/profile), and there is no such rule.
The only two relevant rules:
-Please be courteous to other members and communities. This includes the Leonard and Penny community/fandom.
-Respect towards the actors, writers, and producers of The Big Bang Theory must be shown. This community will not house bashing of any of these individuals, nor discussion of their privates lives.
So far, those are maintained about 95% of the time. Sometimes discussions include statements like "S/P is soooo much better than L/P because of XYZ", but that's usually the strongest. Not "bashing" by any ordinary definition of a violent statement. The mods address anything even remotely controversial pretty quickly.
I've seen two or three secrets about this, but I can't find the actual bashing the person/people are so worried about...
