I am fascinated by the attendees to this wedding. We've got ecstatic nuns and a dude dressed as if he's gonna party like it's 1899.

Isn't it more like he has managed to ruin himself by investing in the wrong shit and by not being a greedy slumlord like his dad? True, meanwhile she has spent his money like there's no tomorrow, not helping the situation, but that's because he never told her they were in dire straits. I doubt she was able to spend that much of his money to ruin him by herself.
So yeah, her choice of husband made sure she stays cursed in love. And possibly a trainwreck of a person.
Wanna bet they make everything peachy again in the coming Christmas special?
