The answers are a bit silly because any non EN speaking country requires language knowledge. Germany, France, Sweden - absolutely.
Ireland is kinda nationalist although the nature is very pretty. Japan is the most racist country in the World.
Also there's a problem of finding friends when you're not in school or working.
