If you mean, like, the villains are often Speedsters and/or sometimes created because Team Flash was trying to fix something else, okay. Otherwise, what? Because his Rogues' Gallery is pretty extensive, especially if you count everyone who started as a villain and then ended as an ally or sort of ally, with Eobard Thrawne, Zoom, Thinker, Cicada, Mirror Monarch, Bloodwork, Godspeed, Despero, Deathstorm, Red Death, Golden Glider, Weather Wizard, Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Grodd, Killer Frost, Amunet, Icicle, Ultrviolet, Phantom Girl, Captain Boomerang, Fiddler, etc. Wasn't Savitar the only one that was actually Barry or am I missing something (it has been a while since I watched)?
