I mean, he's not wrong and anyone leaving FB comments or whatev being total Karens sort of needs the reality slap of being clowned on but...hmm yeah the owner of a small business really shouldn't do that unless they're doing so well they can lose face and still succeed. Restaurants and bars clapping back at shitty reviews on Yelp seem to manage okay, but I don't think just anyone can do the same.

You're not wrong, and honestly, he maaaaybe shouldn't do that quite so firmly even though he's right. But it's a small, family run business and he's not accountable to anyone except himself.
