Oh, wow.

That sucks, OP.

An author I follow on IG is obsessed with Baldur's Gate, which is like, the extent of my knowledge about it. If I had better dexterity and motivation to play video games, I'd check it out. I'm sorry the bugs are insurmountable and that the last redeemable save point would result in 15+ hours of lost gameplay.

For what it's worth, dexterity isn't a huge issue with this game because it's very much a turn based battle system (board game style). I do get the lack of motivation, considering these games are pretty long, it's kind of à commitment, especially as long as it's still full price.
