Yep, that's me alright! I do actually have some suspicion that the (incorrectly) triggered Gale romance may have had something to do with it or maybe it was just another sign that the romances are bugged in my game in general.
And YES your issues are exactly the same as mine. If I play these games, I want things to turn out just as I planned them. I don't care if that's" doing it wrong" - the role-playing aspect is what's most important for me. So that's why I'm so bummed that I'm so close to the end but a major thing I planned won't turn out the way I planned it through no fault of mine.

Yes. And I refuse to accept realism in my silly "I'm possessed by a squid monster parasite and the murderous will of my murder god father" videogame that I play to explicitly escape real life for a few hours.
