Found out I like udon noodles today. Now to find someplace to eat them fresh.

I love udon noodles!

I made chicken chili today, but it was a bit thin. More of a chicken chowder. Also put a can of hot Hatch green chilis and extra cayenne in it and I was crying as my nose ran. Delicious.

Udon's good, if a bit slippery. I wish more places did soba in broth instead of just yakisoba or cold soba noodles in a pile.
