Not op, but the ones I'm aware of are Neil Newbon with BG3 and Joe Zieja with FE3H (the latter even named his MC after his character). Both are on YouTube.
I know Theo Solomon is also doing a BG3 let's play, but I haven't had time to check it out, so I can't say for sure he's going for Wyll romance.
