You're half right. He is fat and unattractive. And we judge fat ugly people more quickly and harshly, it's almost unconscious and starts in childhood. So if you showed people who'd never heard of him, a picture of him vs a picture of idk John Stamos and asked "Who is the potential child abuser? Who can you see lurking at the edge of a playground?" What is everyone's instinct to choose?

Is that fair? No. But in this case, he is most likely actually guilty of some stuff.

Edit: Like Bill Cosby. Despite being elderly, ill, and non violent, he went straight into gen pop in prison, while his fellow elderly celebrity criminals like Ira Einhorn and Jerry Sandusky, who are white, get to live in what's basically a nursing home. Of course it's because he's black and that's wildly unfair! But here's the thing, he's still guilty.
