As someone who is a fan of xeno, monsterfucker, and bestiality kinks, I kind of struggle to distinguish them sometimes because they have overlap, although I guess monsterfucking is the one I tend to like the least, especially if there really isn't that much difference between the "monster" and a normal human (e.g. this person is technically a vampire/werewolf/fairy/etc. but just looks and behaves like an attractive human). Monsterfucking only becomes interesting if the character is less human, either cognitively/behaviorally (which tends to mean it incorporates some bestiality aspects) or physically/anatomically (which tends to mean it incorporates some xeno aspects).

As an example of my mixed tastes, I'm currently working on a story where (non-con warning) an evil shapeshifter takes on the form of an alien beast and roleplays being animalistic to humiliate the person they're having sex with, and I'm not sure what to tag it. It's definitely bestiality roleplay/bestiality kink, but is it also xeno? Is it monsterfucking? 🤔 Hm.
